Part Time and Full Time Available

MAIN FUNCTION:

• To assist in maintaining the continuity of care and to provide clinical services during evening and weekend shifts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides individual counseling.
• Provides group counseling.
• Reports and addresses client behaviors and incidents.
• Conducts lectures and workshops.
• Attends supervision.
• Participates in staff meetings.
• Orients new client into rehabilitation.
• Completes psychosocials.
• Completes all necessary consent forms.
• Complete intake and discharges as required.
• Enter progress notes and other clinical documentation as needed into the EMR.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Evening Clinical Supervisor.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed Qualified Health Professional (CASAC, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC), plus one year of full time paid experience in substance abuse treatment.
